We are a fun, passionate, and growing health care and sports injury practice looking for the perfect part-time Client-Care Assistant to join our team!
About Our Practice:
Premier Rehab And Training is a non-traditional physical therapy and sports injury clinic focused on helping active adults and athletes get back to doing what they love, long-term.
We opened our practice in 2022 with zero patients and now see over 80 per month.
This position is one of the most important in our practice. Unlike most medical offices, we take a lot of time to nurture and educate prospective patients/clients who inquire about our services. Many of our patients/leads have been let down before with other health care providers and are very skeptical when reaching out to us.
You are the first point of contact with this person and you will need to make them feel comfortable and excited that they are reaching out. You will need to ask the right questions, gather information, and communicate clearly with them.

We’re looking for a new part time member of our staff (15-25 hrs/wk).
We need someone to work for our Bangor office who is available during the week. This position has much growth potential and hours may increase as our clinic grows.
We need someone who has A skills in admin, customer service experience, is tech savvy, AND is very comfortable on the telephone.
A lot of what we need this person to do will involve interacting with our patients, working on projects for the clinic, and helping in both the administrative and billing departments. We need you to be able to strike up a conversation and someone who wants to learn new things.
You should be dependable, on time and be a team player.

· You have excellent organization and planning skills - you know how to manage schedules and re-prioritize your time so that you can focus on key priorities - without the need for micro-management

· You have the ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information
· You're coachable, love to learn, and have a fail-forward attitude. You take constructive criticism well and enjoy getting regular feedback that will optimize your skills and performance.
· Someone who can work a flexible work schedule - but primarily morning and/or evening shifts between the hours of 7:00am and 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Successfully communicate the value of our services (in person, over the phone, and over email/text/messenger) and be able to explain how what we do is worth the price we are asking
· Successfully handle objections to price and scheduling
· Comfortably hold a lengthy conversation (15-25 min) with new and prospective clients on the phone or in person - ensuring that clients are committed and “bought-in” to our services before they arrive
· Provide an exceptional waiting room environment and world-class experience - one where clients will look forward to coming back and feel compelled to tell their friends
· Ensure that clients who call and request appointments are placed on the schedule - with a good understanding of true time, cost, and personal commitment before they arrive
· Develop and foster deep relationships with clients - one that compels steady word of mouth referrals and 5-star google reviews
· Ensure that all appointments are checked in, accounted for, and reconciled promptly and accurately
· Organize and plan all schedules in a way that maximizes efficiency and revenue for the clinic
· Keep prompt and accurate recording of all incoming leads on our tracking sheets and in CRM (Client Relations Management) software
· Promptly check voice mails and emails. Return all calls and requests for information within 24-48 hours and deliver messages to appropriate personnel promptly and accurately.
