Premier Relocations is looking to add a full-time, onsite Customer Service Coordinator to assist with our Trade Show division in Tewksbury, MA.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, committed to delivering excellent customer service, and eager to grow within the company.
Customer Service Coordinators are expected to help support each of our customers, as well as the sales and operations team. The expected schedule for this role will be Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Premier Relocations is a well-established, licensed, and insured, family-owned and operated, full-service logistics and warehouse storage company for commercial customers. Our tradeshow division, in the Boston area, handles some of the largest tradeshows in the world.
Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Completes supporting paperwork and data entry for each job, as required.
- Responsible for reviewing final rates and details on paperwork to guarantee information is correct.
- Accurately captures all necessary information in industry-specific software & tracking systems.
- Client communication: interacting with clients to provide estimates, shipment updates, invoicing and various other communications with paperwork and project updates.
- Assist with other office activities and functions for branch location, as needed.
- Assist Senior Coordinator and Operations with office activities and functions, as needed.
Customer Service Coordinator Qualifications:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Accurately record and maintain customer information, service requests and changes in service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating superior customer service, including being able to multi-task and utilize above average, time management skills.
- Must be proficient in navigating various software programs and using computers, including the Microsoft platform (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Exhibit consistent, reliable work ethic and demonstrate a desire for continuous improvement in the arena of customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-Time (Mon-Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm)
Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 annually
