What You'll Be Doing :

Responsible for supporting the development of the internal communication strategy and delivery process, in collaboration with Marketing and People Services leadership, and ensures communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization's corporate objectives and business imperatives.

Responsible for supporting the refinement of the organization's crisis management plan and process and for internal response to crisis PR situations through implementation of the plan.

Responsible for collaborating and working cross-functionally with executives, senior leadership, and various global departments (e.g., Marketing, People Services, Talent Acquisition, Operations) to develop internal communication plans, in alignment with the internal communication strategy, across the organization.

Manage content development content for internal and external communications and facilitate development of required graphics to support communication plans.

Deliver internal communications across owned channels including intranet, emails, and audience-specific Teams channels.

Ensure delivery of final, approved assets via wire and / or trade outlets in support of external communication plans.

What We Are Searching For :

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g. Communications, Marketing, Journalism) or equivalent experience

5-8 years of corporate communications experience, preferably in the Clinical Research Organization (CRO) or Life Sciences industry

Exceptional communication skills (interpersonal, written, and verbal), as well as excellent editing skills are a must.

Excellent persuasive / selling and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently, while providing strategic direction and development of the corporate communications function.

Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-performing environment managing multiple deliverables and frequent deadlines.

Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The annualized starting base pay for this role is $95,000 USD. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
