Project Manager for a contract assignment related to a chemical manufacturing facility project. This position will be managing all phases of project execution/construction activities for industrial/chemical process type of project.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overall accountability for project delivery from pre-construction through commissioning focused on achieving high quality, site safety, and aggressive schedules.
- Facilitate building a collaborative team on each project and the ability to work with a diverse group of trade contractors to build and lead a cohesive team that can successfully execute a project.
- Team builder and collaborator with the ability to multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and planning/organization skills.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Project Management, Construction discipline preferred
- 7 plus years of experience in Industrial construction projects
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Project
- Chemical manufacturing facility project experience strongly preferred.
