Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) . The FNP will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, in an established Primary Care Clinic setting, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic conditions. This role requires a strong understanding of clinical practices within a hospital or clinic setting. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p. Full-Time/ 2 Year Contract with possibility of extension.

Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions, providing acute care as necessary.
- Perform procedures such as sterile processing and management of neonatal ventilators.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the clinic or hospital setting.
Skills
- Master's Degree in Nursing.
- Valid NP license in the state of New Hampshire.
- Must be Board Certified.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems and clinical practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient care.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
