We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Financial Reporting Advisor. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills.
Duties
- Mentor and assist financial reporting team members.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information and meet reporting timelines.
- Present and explain material to the financial reporting team.
- Communicate with external auditors as needed.
- Review reports for accuracy and explain results.
- Research and implement new accounting standards under U.S GAAP.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay current with industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required. Masters degree is preferred.
- Valid CPA license.
- 6 years of experience in public accounting is required.
- Proven experience in financial reporting or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in financial software to support analysis and reporting tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
