Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Maintain accurate inventory control to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand.
- Utilize Advanced Excel, CRM system and ERP system (Acumatica) for data analysis and reporting on sales performance metrics.
- Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry.
Requirements
- 3 years of proven experience in industrial parts and sales and marketing in the automotive sector, or related industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, or related field.
- Strong mechanical understanding.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Advanced Excel, CRM system and ERP system (Acumatica) for data analysis and reporting on sales performance metrics.
- Familiarity with inventory control processes and techniques.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Must be able to travel to customer locations, as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer/ No Sponsorships.
- This is an on-site role. Candidates must reside in the Sacramento, CA metro area. No relocation assistance will be provided.
