Primary purpose of the role:
The Mitigation Lead will oversee, supervise, schedule, and coordinate the work of the Mitigation employees.
What you will be doing each day:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Guides, assigns, schedules, and supervises the work of the warehouse lead and mitigation teams; ensures work is completed on schedule.
• Provides job evaluations based on performance and goals set by immediate supervisors in a timely and constructive manner.
• Implements disciplinary and termination steps as necessary and according to company policy.
• Recommends promotions and salary increases based on observed job performance.
• Ensures employees follows all safety standards.
Essential Functions:
• Daily site visits to project/work site, ensuring safety standards are followed and quality work is being performed in a timely manner.
• Confirm availability and use of proper materials and tools; recognizes and promptly addresses issues so that work can continue schedule.
• Provide on the job training.
• Work directly with clients to handle any issues/questions.
• Ensure project managers are on target for project timelines.
• Provide labor support where the need is.
• Help facilitate manpower to emergency calls.
• Be present should a large loss emergency come in.
• Assist in project planning/bid walks.
• Attend production meetings.
• Resolves problems and coordinates activities for the job through collaboration and communication with other management or technical staff and contractors.
• Conducts audits and quality assurance tests of work and safety matters.
• Oversees and adheres to budgets and schedules for projects.
• Identifies and recommends solutions for production problems, as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and move large equipment in and out of trucks and homes/buildings
- Ability to stand and work for prolonged periods thru-out the day
- Ability to bend at the knees and waist in a safe manner
Minimum Experience Requirements
- Construction experience preferred
- At least three years experience
- Valid driver's license
Minimum Education Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED equivalent
Availability:
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, Weekends, Nights, On-call
Pay: Starting at $25 an hour, depending on experience
