Position Summary / Primary Purpose
The Sales Representative will sell the suite of services offered by Premier Restoration Hawaii to current and new clientele.
Essential Functions
- Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
- Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their processes and needs.
- Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their current and future needs.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; assists with the Customer Care Coordinator team to resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.
- Maintains communication and relationships with existing and previous customers, documenting activities and touches in Salesforce.
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
- Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
- May be assigned to a territory or market segment.

Pay : Starting at $65,000 / annually, based on experience.
