Summary of Duties
The Call Center Representative is responsible for managing inbound calls and booking work orders for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience with Customer Service or Administrative responsibilities preferred.
- Efficient Data Entry experience.
- Experience with dispatching preferred.
- Knowledge of the trades of electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing is preferred.
- High School Diploma or General Education Development Diploma.
- Ability to pass a drug screening.
- Ability to pass a background check.
