Summary of Duties
The HVAC Superintendent must be experienced running HVAC commercial jobs from start to finish.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED).
- Five years' experience in HVAC and leadership
- considerable experience in the operation, maintenance, and installation of air conditioning, refrigeration, and related systems or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC codes and proper application; knowledge of proper HVAC safety
- Valid Driver’s License to include active liability insurance.
- Successful completion of required criminal record and motor vehicle record background checks.
- Ability to pass a drug screening.
- NATE (North American Technician Excellence) Certification
- EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) License
