Summary of Duties
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the coordination, scheduling, and communication of construction and maintenance projects across multiple properties. The role involves ensuring that all service areas-Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, carpentry, concrete, landscaping, irrigation, roofing, painting and sheetrock- are handled efficiently, with quality and safety standards met. This role acts as the central point of contact between property owners, tenants, service technicians, and contractors.
Qualifications
• High School diploma required.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years in construction coordination of property management
• Leadership experience is preferred
