Electrical Project Manager - Premier Service Company, Inc.

Summary Of Duties

The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the functions of their assigned department and providing management support to direct employees. This position communicates to staff, clients, and upper management, makes decisions, and monitors the progress of the project to keep the project on schedule. The Project Manager is also responsible for motivating the assigned team and resolving conflicts between team members to ensure a productive work environment. The essential job duties of this role are the following:

• Creating long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete the task.
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
• Communicating with executives to keep the project aligned with their goals.
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing the project change.
• Be available for additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related fields
• Leadership experience
• Professional Management Professional certification preferred
• Valid Driver’s License to include active liability insurance
• Successful completion of required criminal record and motor vehicle record background checks
• Ability to pass a drug screening
