Summary Of Duties

The Plumbing Sales Advisor coordinates all Plumbing sales ensuring they turn in to appointments with the Plumbing Service department.

The following are the essential duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • All sales calls go directly to the Sales Lead Coordinator/Call Center.
  • Consistently make sales calls and produce results.
  • Track the results of the sales call for reporting purposes.
  • Actively schedule installations.
  • Provides sales support for installers during the installation.
  • View sold jobs before installation with the Plumbing Service Manager.
  • Work to create and handle leads.
  • Take the initiative to network with potential clients.
  • Adhere to the expectations of working hours aligned with commission eligibility.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with the Service Call Center.
  • Order equipment with the approval of the Plumbing Service Manager.
  • Apply analytic skills at all times.
  • Be available for additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Development Diploma
  • Customer Service experience
  • Valid Driver’s License to include active liability insurance
  • Successful completion of required criminal record and motor vehicle record background checks
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
  • Ability to sit for long periods
  • Ability to look at electronic screens for long periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to operate office equipment such as fax, phones, and computers
  • Ability to effectively communicate with staff, management and clients
  • Ability to interact with others with positive professionalism
  • Ability to accurately read and understand technical instructions
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

  • Proficient in computer software and operation including Microsoft Office products specifically Excel, Service Titan, Service Finance, and others
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and assignments with time constraints
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

  • Ability to work effectively in office
  • Ability to sell other products/items and installations provided by other departments and Jackson Security Services
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
