JOB SUMMARY:
Our team of Account Managers are responsible for managing established client accounts within designated territories. Provide superior client service by anticipating and meeting client needs, exploring account enhancement opportunities, and fostering relationships with all connections within our industry.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Cultivate relationships with current and prospective client accounts
- Respond expeditiously to client service calls, anticipate client needs, and coordinate with team to ensure client satisfaction
- Confer with team to provide accurate estimates pursuant to client specifications
- Facilitate all contact with clients to ensure satisfaction of services provided, identify additional services needed, and source client referral opportunities
- Assist with client communication in collection of outstanding receivables due
- Maintain organized client account records and documentation
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience providing service to client accounts or service industry experience
- Ability to occasionally drive to client meetings and job sites within designated local territory
- Ability to develop thorough knowledge of industry basics, such as landscape design, construction, irrigation, maintenance, blueprints, and equipment utilization
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
- Experience in the landscape industry or Bachelors degree in related field preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Frequent walking, reaching, stooping, and bending at job sites
- Occasional driving to jobsites
