JOB SUMMARY:

Our Director of Finance directs the overall management of strategic and tactical financial planning, with key activity that includes definition, deployment and management of Premier's annual operating plan; balance-sheet assessment and management; driving continuous improvement in Finance and related business processes.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Use strong financial and business acumen to assist the executive team and other leaders in the creation of enterprise-wide strategic plans
• Manage and track engagement profit and loss, revenues, and charge models
• Drive and support execution of financial planning process by improving process timing, expectations, and partnering with business teams to provide cross-functional collaboration
• Consolidate detailed reports on financial performance, key assumptions and opportunities, and risks on a quarterly and annual basis for senior leadership and external shareholders
• Lead the continual improvement of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the company, including implementation and management of forecasting and reporting tools and systems
• Provide insightful analysis regarding period over period and actual vs. forecast performance; continually improve and manage variance analyses reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or related field, Master's Degree preferred
• 10 years of finance experience in construction, landscaping, industrial service, property management industries preferred
• Proven success leveraging financial data to derive strategic enterprise insights
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive and proprietary information
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to pass criminal background and credit check in accordance to company standards

Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
