JOB SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Manager handles the execution of HR functions across all operational units as directed by Leadership. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, this onsite role works closely with our Branch Managers to establish and support the progress of HR Department objectives.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide HR support at the branch level on company policy implementation, employee relations, and safety initiatives
- Guide all stages of the employee life cycle via proficient utilization of the company HRIS
- Assist with full-cycle recruiting efforts
- Champion New Hire Orientation for exempt and non-exempt employees
- Field workplace incident reports and assist with investigations and claims management
- Partner with other departments to identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or other HR/Business-Related Field
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources role
- Thorough working knowledge of Employment Law
- Ability to visit local branches weekly
- Strong attention to the detail, quality, and accuracy of work products
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
