JOB SUMMARY:
Our Irrigation & Lighting Installation Foreman is responsible for managing the installation of irrigation and lighting systems.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Full understanding of irrigation piping installation, both PVC and Poly Fittings
- Troubleshoot Valves and manifold systems
- Diagnose electrical components including solenoid and wiring issues
- Repair, Install and Program a variety of irrigation controllers including Hydrawise Wi-Fi Technologies
- Knowledge of Water Pressure, PSI, Backflow Preventors and Booster Pumps
- Read irrigations plans and understand the required Gallons Per Minute per head and Pressure per zone
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet Premier's guidelines for driver eligibility/insurability
- 3 years of hands-on irrigation installation
- Experience as a leader, managing other laborers
- Ability to conduct business and effectively communicate in a professional manner
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Extended periods of walking outside for duration of shift
- Frequent stooping, bending, climbing, grabbing
- Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
