JOB SUMMARY:
Our Irrigation & Lighting Technician is responsible for seasonal turn-ons/blow-outs of irrigation systems. Performs installation of outdoor lighting features.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Conduct spring turn-ons and fall blow-outs of irrigation systems including winterizing equipment
- Work independently to complete daily service calls and perform scheduled maintenance
- Troubleshoot non-functioning aspects of lighting and irrigation systems
- Accurately complete all work orders and documentation
- Drive company truck and perform daily vehicle inspections
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet Premier's guidelines for driver eligibility/insurability
- 3 years experience repairing irrigation equipment
- Experience as a working Foreman
- Ability to conduct business and effectively communicate in a professional manner at all times
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Extended periods of walking outside for duration of shift
- Frequent stooping, bending, climbing, grabbing
- Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
