JOB SUMMARY:
Our Landscaping Crew Lead/Foreman leads our crews to provide superior lawn care to our clients. Responsible for supervision of crew while delivering quality service through safe operation.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Lead crew to operate safely while providing superior service quality
- Drive company truck and perform daily vehicle inspections
- Verify crew timesheets as required to make weekly payroll deadline
- Delegate tasks to crew to ensure timely completion of all jobs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Class C Driver’s License and ability to meet Premier's guidelines for driver eligibility/insurability (Premier Service will assist with completion!)
- Experience with lawn care, horticultural services, and landscape maintenance best practices
- Experience leading small crews as a working Foreman
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule with possible weekend availability
- Ability to conduct business and effectively communicate in a professional manner at all times
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Extended periods of walking outside for duration of shift
- Frequent stooping, bending, climbing, grabbing
- Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
