Duties
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues that require attention or repair.
- Utilize tools and equipment effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients or property managers.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople as needed to complete larger projects.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized during and after job completion.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as an ohmmeter.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify problems quickly and implement effective solutions.
