Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and implement best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Utilize project management tools such as Redmine to track progress and manage timelines.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate Scrum meetings to ensure team alignment and address any roadblocks.
• Create technical documentation and reports using Visio for visual representation of project workflows.
• Monitor project performance through effective time management techniques.
• Manage contracts and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address concerns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of project engineering principles.
• Proficiency in project planning methodologies and tools, including Scrum frameworks.
• Excellent technical writing skills for clear documentation of processes and procedures.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis effectively.
• Familiarity with Redmine or similar project management software is preferred.
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing diverse teams towards achieving common goals.
• A degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
