Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Utilize project management tools such as Redmine to track progress and manage timelines.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate Scrum meetings to ensure team alignment and address any roadblocks.
- Create technical documentation and reports using Visio for visual representation of project workflows.
- Monitor project performance through effective time management techniques.
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address concerns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of project engineering principles.
- Proficiency in project planning methodologies and tools, including Scrum frameworks.
- Excellent technical writing skills for clear documentation of processes and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis effectively.
- Familiarity with Redmine or similar project management software is preferred.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing diverse teams towards achieving common goals.
- A degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
