Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sewer & Drain Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining sewer and drain systems for residential and commercial customers. You’ll be working with state-of-the-art equipment to ensure fast, reliable, and efficient service.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot sewer and drain systems.
- Perform drain cleaning, repairs, and maintenance services.
- Use a variety of tools and machinery, including hydro jetters, rooters, and video inspection equipment.
- Provide estimates and explain services to customers.
- Work with a team to complete jobs in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and local codes.
- Maintain detailed records of services provided and materials used.
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients.
- Keep your company vehicle and tools clean and in good working condition at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in plumbing, sewer, or drain cleaning preferred, but not required.
- Ability to operate drain cleaning and inspection equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
