We are seeking a driven and ambitious Senior Estimator to join our team. As a Senior Estimator, you will work with clients to assist with all commercial roofing needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be able to confidently read architectural plans and specifications in order to identify multiple types of roofing scopes of work.
  • Be able to confidently perform a takeoff and put roofing estimates together by identifying exact materials needed for each type of system.
  • Manage / create new relationships with clients and contractors.
  • Be able to put submittal packages together for GC and architect review.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Be able to confidently use Microsoft Office. (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Roofing system knowledge / Roofing install knowledge
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment and prioritize
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Knowledge and experience in construction processes
  • Time management skills
  • Knowledge of overall workplace safety
  • Minimum of 5 years of construction experience required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of roofing experience required
  • Written and verbal communication skills

    • Salary Information :

  • Base pay, plus commission and quarterly bonus
  • Paid Weekly
