Senior Estimator/Project Manager-Masonry, Concrete, Waterproofing and Restoration
Premier Specialty Contractors is currently accepting applications for a Senior Estimator with some project management sills experienced in Commercial Masonry, Concrete Restoration and Waterproofing specializing in restoration and repair of historic and modern structures.

Estimators are required to price, bid, define scopes of work and obtain contracts via both competitive and non-competitive processes. This position requires attention to detail and significant knowledge of masonry; concrete and waterproofing repair processes and materials.
The salary range for this position is between70-90K depending on experience and past performance. Premier Specialty Contractors also offers a comprehensive benefits package including health and simple IRA plans.
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or Engineering with 5 years estimating experience related to Commercial Masonry, Waterproofing and Concrete repair. Negotiating government contracts and estimating with established prevailing wage requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A high School diploma and 5-10 years estimating and project management experience related to Commercial Masonry, Waterproofing and Concrete repair.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication and be able to work as a member of a team. This position will work closely with project managers and field superintendents as well as office and administrative staff.
COMPANY ENVIRONMENT:
Premier Specialty Contractors maintains a quiet, clean office. There can be as many as six to ten people in the office during the day however at times there may be only a few in the office during the majority of the work day. The required attire is business casual.
