Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting guests, answering phones, and ordering supplies and lunches. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
- Manage the front door and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Order lunches for staff and visitors.
- Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
