- Lead and manage small work teams to achieve business metrics in safety, quality, and efficiency.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and kaizen activities to optimize processes and reduce waste.

- Partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and meet cost targets.
