We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to become part of a dedicated and compassionate NICU team in Tucson, Arizona. Key Responsibilities : - Comprehensive Care for NICU Patients : Provide holistic, compassionate care to neonates in the NICU, including assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and daily management- High-Risk Deliveries : Attend and support high-risk deliveries with a focus on delivering excellent care during critical moments- Life-Saving Procedures : Perform resuscitation, intubations, and PICC line placements with the utmost care and attention to detail- Newborn Care : Provide support and care for unassigned newborns, ensuring each one is treated with the kindness and expertise they deserve- Team Collaboration : Work closely with our multidisciplinary team, always keeping the families' needs and comfort at the center of our work
Required :
- Board-certified NNP (Board-eligible candidates are not considered)
- 2 years of experience in neonatal care
- Active Arizona Medical License or ability to obtain one
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with experience in high-risk deliveries, neonatal resuscitation, intubation, and PICC line placement
- AZ & company licenses are preferred but not required
