Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)

We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to become part of a dedicated and compassionate NICU team in Tucson, Arizona. Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Care for NICU Patients: Provide holistic, compassionate care to neonates in the NICU, including assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and daily management
• High-Risk Deliveries: Attend and support high-risk deliveries with a focus on delivering excellent care during critical moments
• Life-Saving Procedures: Perform resuscitation, intubations, and PICC line placements with the utmost care and attention to detail
• Newborn Care: Provide support and care for unassigned newborns, ensuring each one is treated with the kindness and expertise they deserve
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team, always keeping the families' needs and comfort at the center of our work
  
  

Job Requirements

Required

• Board-certified NNP (Board-eligible candidates are not considered)
• 2 years of experience in neonatal care
• Active Arizona Medical License or ability to obtain one
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with experience in high-risk deliveries, neonatal resuscitation, intubation, and PICC line placement
• AZ & company licenses are preferred but not required
