Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training
- Monitor patient progress and report updates to the rehab team
- Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and recovery techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and progress
Requirements:
Active PTA license in Tennessee
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a rehab or skilled nursing setting preferred
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Passion for helping patients regain independence

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
