- Partner with various internal teams to identify sourcing needs and ensure alignment with overall business strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with a proven track record in strategic sourcing and supplier management.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, managing and developing a team.
- Extensive knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and global supply chain dynamics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in procurement tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
