Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of training materials by leveraging your experience as a USAF C-17 Maintenance Training System (MTS) Instructor.
- Apply your expertise to support the development of high-fidelity training solutions, aligning with the operational requirements of the C-17 Globemaster III aircraft.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize design and implementation decisions, guaranteeing consistency with AFCST standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience and training.
- 8 years of experience in maintenance training systems or maintenance simulation devices, including direct experience with C-17 Globemaster III aircraft maintenance.
- Previous role as a C-17 Maintenance Training System Instructor, with USAF C-17 Flying Crew Chief experience highly desirable.
