The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with comprehensive knowledge of federal and state labor laws, employee relations, benefits administration, and workers' compensation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance to both employees and management.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies, promoting fair and consistent treatment of employees.
The selected candidate will also have the opportunity to support payroll and benefits administration, receive cross-training on these functions, and assist in day-to-day operations when needed.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of HR laws, labor relations, benefits administration, workers' compensation, and best practices.
- Experience supporting or assisting with payroll and benefits administration, with a willingness to be cross-trained in these areas.
- Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements to streamline HR functions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in the use of HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
