Senior Systems Engineer

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team in the automotive manufacturing industry. This role involves leading the development, integration, and optimization of advanced automotive systems to meet performance, safety, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of systems engineering principles, a passion for innovation, and a track record of success in the automotive & Development : Lead the design and development of complex automotive systems, including mechanical, electrical, and software components.-Integration & Validation : Oversee the integration of systems into vehicles and manage validation testing to ensure compliance with technical specifications and industry standards.-Requirements Management : Define, analyze, and manage system requirements throughout the project lifecycle.-Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with design, manufacturing, quality assurance, and product teams to ensure seamless system integration and performance.-Problem Solving : Troubleshoot system-level issues and implement effective solutions to optimize performance and reliability.-Documentation : Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, test plans, and validation reports.-Compliance : Ensure all systems meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards relevant to the automotive industry.-Innovation : Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the automotive sector to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum 7-10 years of experience in systems engineering, preferably within the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Technical Skills :

Proficiency in systems engineering tools (, MATLAB, Simulink, SysML).
