Job Summary:

The Steel Installer will be responsible for installing and erecting steel structures at various construction sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in steel installation and erection, and will be able to work independently or as part of a team. The Steel Installer will be required to read and interpret blueprints, use hand and power tools, and operate heavy machinery to lift and position steel beams and other components. The Steel Installer will also be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that the work site is kept clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents
• Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and install steel components
• Operate heavy machinery to lift and position steel beams and other components
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed
• Keep work site clean and organized
• Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure that work is completed on time and to specifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in steel installation and erection
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Experience operating heavy machinery
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow safety protocols and keep work site clean and organized
