Pay

• $30.00 - $45.00 per hour, dependent on experience

Responsibilities

• Building & maintaining relationships with clients, vendors and co-workers
• Inspecting and performing repairs on heating and cooling equipment
• Performing routine preventative maintenance on equipment
• Perform installation of copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including brazing and soldering
• Install flex and sheet metal duct systems in light commercial and residential buildings
• Ensure connection of gas lines to heating equipment is properly done
• Determine the right material needed for installation work by pre-measuring jobs
• Receive all materials and equipment required for each job, confirm and load them into the company vehicle
• Provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete tasks on time as instructed by management
• Ensure all paperwork needed for each job is accurately filled out
• Follow up with clients on repairs and recommendations
• Order repair parts through approved vendors
  
  
  

Our Hiring Process

• 3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• PA Type II preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Strong decision-making abilities, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate product and service offerings
• Experience with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Basic understanding of technical devices(smart phone, tablet, iPad, etc.)
• Clean driving record with a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check upon hire
• Mechanical-based degree or technical program completion a plus
• Experience in Service Titan
• Ability to lift: Up to 75 pounds (periodically)
• Comfortable with possible exposure to various chemicals
• Willingness to travel: 75%
