We specialize in placing individuals in roles ranging from entry-level to VP level across various fields, including Customer Success, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Administrative, HR, Operations, and Technology. Our expertise spans contract/temporary, temporary-to-permanent, permanent, and payrolling services, and we are dedicated to promoting equitable hiring practices on a national scale.
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Temporary for 3-6 months, ideally starting Monday, April 7th
- Schedule: 30-40 hours per week
- Available to go on-site 1-2 days per month in Novato, CA
- Maximize the CEO’s time and effectiveness by expertly managing their calendars, prioritizing appointments, arranging meetings and travel.
- Ensure all collateral is labeled and delivered for external meetings and presentations.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as credit card reconciliation, expense reimbursements, and other related items. Other duties as assigned.
- Support organization-wide meetings and events (i.e. manage catering order)
- Executive level support experience needed, professional, detail oriented, and strong follow through. Understands how to 'manage up' to executives.
- $47.22 - $50 /hour Pay Rate
