At Premier Talent Partners, we are a people-centered recruitment firm with a strong focus on Skills-Based hiring. We specialize in placing individuals in roles ranging from entry-level to VP level across various fields, including Customer Success, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Administrative, HR, Operations, and Technology. Our expertise spans contract/temporary, temporary-to-permanent, permanent, and payrolling services, and we are dedicated to promoting equitable hiring practices on a national scale.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Additional HR training will be a plus
- 30-40 hours per week (may work fewer than full-time hours when workload is light)
- Hybrid Schedule: work 1-3 days per week in office (Mondays and Fridays are work from home)
- 3 years of experience in People Operations
- 3 months contract, potential to extend and/or convert
- Talent Acquisition: Recruiting Coordination & Reporting Support; Manage Onboarding & Offboarding
- Payroll Support: Payroll processing (in Sequioa) & Sales Commissions Support
- Performance Management: Performance reviews within Lattice platform
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver quarterly HR reporting to leadership team
- Workplace Experience: Order groceries and office supplies, IT equipment management, manage vendor relationships for the office like cleaners, trash/recycling, handyman, IT, etc.
- Employee Experience: Plan company happy hours and events, arrange gifts for employees (birthdays, work anniversaries)
- Tech industry and/or startup experience
- Our ideal candidate has high energy, is a fast learner, coachable, detail oriented, and organized.
- $27.78 - $43.33 /hour Pay Rate
