Our expertise spans contract/temporary, temporary-to-permanent, permanent, and payrolling services, and we are dedicated to promoting equitable hiring practices on a national scale.
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
- Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy
- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects
- Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns
- Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience with SEO reporting
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
- Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- 5 years of SEO experience (understand the technical and content side of SEO)
- Proficient with data tools Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and similar.
- Ability to optimize SQL queries and familiarity with SEO Suite tools.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
- Deep familiarity with Google’s quality rater guidelines, Google Search Central blog and SEO starter guides, Web.dev documentation, and the like.
- 100% onsite role in White Plains, NY (free shuttle provided from train station)
- $175,000 - $200,000 / year
