- Advise customers on bank services for their needs (e.g. loans and credit cards)
- Manage customer bank accounts; open, close and oversee transactions
- Perform administrative duties (e.g. entering data into banking software)
- Knowledge of personal banking practices and regulations
- Familiarity with banking software
- Excellent use of MS Office
- Ability to work diligently to meet targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented approach to handling problems
- Bachelor's/BA in Finance, Accounting or similar field preferred
- 100% Remote
- 5 Month contract
- Provide the necessary information to banks for their regular KYC (Know your Customer) process.
- Other responsibilities include key contact for insurance-related matters, analysis of interest income & operations data and review of requirements for new systems.
- College degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred)
- Treasury, banking, accounting or finance experience
- Expert use of analytics tools such as Excel or Google Sheets
- $47.33 - $48 /hour Pay Rate
