We are seeking someone articulate, bright, and detail-oriented for this position! Our Management Trainee would train alongside our team of leaders at one of the top regional Marketing & Sales Firm
Our Management Trainee learns hands-on what it would take to become a successful entrepreneur. At Premier, our Management Trainee would be tackling research and identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
Responsibilities of Management Trainees :
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with team members, customers, and clients to ensure seamless customer acquisition, maximize ongoing productivity, and exceed sales targets
- Conduct presentations to potential consumers directly informing them of our client’s products, services, and any new sales promotions to drive revenue
- Observing and learning from senior account managers by detailed note-taking
- Communicate confidently with the sales team and account managers to facilitate new campaign discussions and communicate business messages
