Perform routine cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areasEmpty and dispose of trash in accordance with established proceduresClean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to meet health and safety standardsMonitor and replenish cleaning supplies, notifying management when additional stock is requiredOperate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffersResponsible for outdoor grounds maintenance, including trash pickup and other related tasksOccasionally perform light general labor tasks to assist the production floor and other designated areasCollaborate with other team members to coordinate cleaning activities and respond to specific requestsRequired skills
Experience as a housekeeper, janitor, or related experience in an industrial settingKnowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and safe usageAbility to follow safety guidelines and work independentlyProficiency in forklift operation - a plusStrong attention to detailEfficient time management skillsPhysical ability to lift / move heavy equipment and supplies up to 50lbsDo these words spark your interest?
