Processing transactions in our accounting systems — Sage 100 Contractor and JD Edwards
Matching construction purchase orders and subcontracts with invoices — accounts payable administration
Checking reminders and taking the necessary actions
Preparing general ledger reconciliations
Recording month-end journal entries
Preparing and maintaining documentation to support administrative activities and management reporting
Assisting with accounts payable payments and adjustments
Participating in teambuilding events
Required skills
You are currently enrolled in a two-year or four-year degree program in accounting or finance
You possess great multitasking skills
You are technologically proficient with operating systems and basic computer software programs such as MS Office
