- Engage in interdisciplinary discussions and reviews of patients scheduled for treatment.
- Conduct evaluations for new admissions and assess potential discharges.
- Facilitate staff training and communicate patient progress effectively.
- Implement programming for wheelchairs, splints, and adaptive equipment.
- Maintain open communication with families and facility staff regarding patient progress and updated goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
- Proficient in conducting patient evaluations and formulating treatment plans.
- Knowledgeable in adaptive equipment and patient progress communication.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.
- A genuine passion for improving the quality of life for residents.
- Proven capability to work harmoniously within a team environment.
