- Administer dysphagia therapy treatments to residents.
- Facilitate family conferences to discuss care strategies.
- Implement speech-language cognitive therapy tailored to individual needs.
- Provide training sessions for facility staff to improve care delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in rehabilitation therapy.
- Proficient in conducting comprehensive evaluations.
- Expertise in dysphagia therapy techniques.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with families.
- Knowledge of speech-language cognitive therapy practices.
- Ability to train and mentor facility staff effectively.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related discipline.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
