- Cultivate a collaborative relationship with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in marketing initiatives aimed at promoting the facility’s services.
- Attend and contribute to essential facility meetings, including Clinical, Medicare, Resident Review, and Quality Assurance.
- Supervise the therapy department’s operations and staff management.
- Collaborate with the Area Director to align departmental objectives with organizational goals.
- Strong leadership capabilities coupled with effective communication skills.
- Proven ability to work cohesively within an interdisciplinary team environment.
