Key Responsibilities
- Engage in interdisciplinary discussions and patient reviews
- Conduct evaluations for new admissions and assess potential discharges
- Communicate patients’ progress and updates to family members and facility staff
- Provide staff training on patient progress and the use of adaptive equipment
- Implement programming for wheelchair, splints, and other adaptive equipment needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Experienced in performing evaluations for new admissions
- Proficient in interdisciplinary collaboration and patient progress reporting
- Familiarity with programming adaptive equipment
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities is preferred
- A genuine passion for working with senior residents

- Competitive compensation of up to $50/hour, based on your skills, abilities, and experience
