- Engage in interdisciplinary discussions and review treatment schedules for patients.
- Conduct evaluations for new admissions and assess potential discharges.
- Communicate with family members and facility staff regarding patient progress and updated goals.
- Facilitate staff training and convey patient developments.
- Manage programming for wheelchair use, splints, and adaptive equipment.
- Proficient clinical evaluation and assessment capabilities.
- Expertise in developing and executing effective treatment plans.
- Strong communication skills, particularly with staff and family members.
- Knowledge of adaptive equipment and relevant programming.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of MA.
