Key Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist, your role will encompass:
- Engaging in interdisciplinary discussions regarding patient care and treatment plans.
- Conducting evaluations for new admissions.
- Assessing potential discharges and collaborating on floor programs.
- Training staff and communicating patient progress effectively.
