- Strong assessment and evaluation capabilities
- Proficiency in creating effective discharge plans
- Experience in implementing safe seating solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and patient rapport
- Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure
- A solid understanding of operations within skilled nursing facilities
