The Digital Designer will create diverse digital content to elevate our brand presence across various channels. With expertise in graphic design, photography, animation, and video production— including 360-degree visuals and short reels—this role demands a detail-oriented professional with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling across digital platforms are essential.
COMPENSATION
This position offers a competitive compensation package, benchmarked to regional market standards, consisting of a salary base pay plus the opportunity for quarterly profit sharing after one year of employment.

\n- 360-Degree Content Development
- Conceptualize and create immersive 360-degree visuals for use in social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop interactive and engaging content that enhances the user experience.
- Reel Shorts and Video Content
- Develop short-form video content (reel shorts) for social media platforms, focusing on storytelling and brand engagement.
- Capture and edit video footage that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and objectives, optimized for performance on social platforms.
- Graphic Design Support
- Provide graphic design support for marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, digital ads, and website visuals.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across channels.
- Photography
- Plan, capture, and edit high-quality images for use in digital content, including product shots, lifestyle imagery, and event photos.
- Manage photo assets, organizing and maintaining an up-to-date library of images for marketing use.
- Animated Content Creation
- Design and create animated content, such as motion graphics and GIFs, to bring a dynamic element to digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce animations that highlight key messaging and engage the target audience.
- Cross-Channel Content Adaptation
- Adapt and optimize digital assets for multiple channels, including web, social media, email, and paid ads, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Stay updated on best practices for each channel and tailor content to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Project Management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, and product teams, to understand project objectives and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and final deliverables meet quality standards.
- MUST HAVE
- 2-3 years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, animation work, video content, and photography.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital media, visual arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with digital design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Experience creating short-form video content for social media and knowledge of best practices for social platforms.
- Strong skills in animation and motion graphics, with an ability to create engaging and dynamic content.
- Photography skills, with experience in capturing, editing, and organizing high-quality images.
- Attention to detail, with a strong eye for design aesthetics, typography, and color.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with 3D design and rendering software.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Familiarity with analytics and performance metrics for digital content.
